Immediate opening for a Accounting Assistant in Lake Forest, CA who possesses: 
  • AA or Bachelor Degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years in accounting field, preferably AR and collections
  • Strong customer service skills and communication skills
  • Excel fluency (pivot tables, vlookups, etc)
  • SAP experience is a plus

FULL DESCRIPTION
 
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
  • Data entry & record keeping
  • Accounts payable/receivable, with a focus on receivables
  • Bank reconciliation
  • General ledger management
  • Opening and closing procedures
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills (internal, vendor, client, and reporting)
  • Effective time management
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving abilities
 
 
Salary Range: $25-$27/hr
