- Accounts Payable (Full Cycle) - 3+ yrs.
- Accounts Receivable - Entry level
- MS Office Suites - Excel - Intermediate+
- QuickBooks -Desktop Enterprise

FULL DESCRIPTION:
The Sr. Accounting Clerk will be the right hand support of the Controller in assisting with Full Cycle Accounting, projects and processing commissions on spread sheets along with helping with financials.
The selected candidate will further possess the following:
Requirements
- Must be experienced in all areas of accounting including but not limited to AP, Bank Reconciliations and light Collections
- Must have experience with Proforma invoicing from sales orders - 3-way match
- Must be able to assist with month end close
- Must be experienced in processing Sales Tax
- Must be experienced in processing Payroll through Paychex (will train)
- Maintain and help manage budgets
- Must be able to manage multiple requests, assess priorities and consistently achieve deadlines in a fast paced environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years' full cycle accounts payable
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office , EXCEL, and Outlook
- Must have strong communications skills both verbal and written
- Ability to follow through with details and document changes as requested
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented with exceptional multitasking skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
Hourly Wage Range - $24 - $27 per hour
