FULL DESCRIPTION: Our client is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our growing Company. In this position, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the A/R Department, Credit, our customers, and other departments as needed. We have great benefits and are looking for someone that is looking for long-term growth.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Update credit reports and credit references as scheduled or as needed
- Research and resolve customers' discrepancies
- File and maintain documents electronically
- Assist Credit Department as needed
The selected candidate will also possess:
- Associate's degree with one-year related experience
- Experience with MS Office; strong Microsoft Excel skills and SAP B1 experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, ability to meet strict deadlines
- Aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
- Outstanding communication skills, able to work well independently and on a team
Salary Range: $23-$25/hr
