Immediate opening for a Administrative Assistant in Irvine, CA who possesses:
- Accounts Payable - uploading invoices into AvidXchange
- Reviewing the Vendor invoices for property coding and description
- Processing invoices, maintaining W-9 files, running various reports 1099 Preparation

FULL DESCRIPTION:
Monday - Friday in Office from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Work 1 on 1 with the property manager
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Data entry
Hourly Wage Range $20 - $22
