Immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant in San Bernardino, CA who possesses:  
  • Bilingual Spanish is required
  • Minimum 2 years of Medical office experience
  • Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Experience with handling confidential files
  • Experience with scheduling appointments & Referrals
  • Must have a valid CA. drivers license

FULL DESCRIPTION  

The selected candidate will be responsible for: 
  • Review and maintain patient records/files
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments
  • Data Entry using excel
  • Front and back office administrative duties 
  • Answering phone-Multi -line system
 
The selected candidate will also possess: 
  • High School or general education degree (GED)
  • Two years of administrative support experience.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish.
  • Experience handling multiple phone lines and covering reception desk/front desk.
  • Proficient with Excel and Word
  • Experience with working in a medical setting would be a plus.
  • Must possess a valid California driver's license, personal automobile insurance and driving record that meets agency's motor vehicle operating standards. 
  • Must complete a personal background check investigation conducted by the State of California. 
 
 
Salary Range: $20/hr
