- 3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist
- Ability to make minor program edits and set up CNC Machines
- Prior experience with FANUC controls and Mastercam is preferred

FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- The CNC Machinist's mission is to produce high-quality, precision-machined parts on time while ensuring efficient machine operation and minimizing downtime, contributing to the success of company's production goals
- Deliver precise, high-quality machined parts that meet stringent specifications and quality standards
- Consistently meet production deadlines to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products
- Maintain and optimize machine efficiency through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Operate and program CNC machines to produce parts with high precision
- Ensure all parts meet quality standards
- Maintain production schedules by completing tasks on time
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
- Minimize downtime and optimize machine performance
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

The selected candidate will also possess:
- Proficiency in CNC machine operation (Lathe, Mill, or both)
- Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings
- Expertise in using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of tooling and machining processes
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and precision in all work
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changes
- Mechanical aptitude and safety awareness
- Focus and patience in handling complex tasks
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
Salary Range: $24-$30/hr
