Immediate opening for an AP/AR Accountant in Irvine, CA who possesses:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or economics
- Customer service experience, virtual and in-person
- Accounts payable and receivable experience
- Extensive Excel experience
FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Assistance with month end closing
- Bank Reconciliations
- Assistance with preparing financial statements
- Posting journal entries
- Assistance with payroll
- Assistance with Expense Reports
- Ad-hoc projects and financial analysis
- Managerial accounting reports
- Office administration
The selected candidate will also possess:
- Must be able to work from Irvine, CA office
- Full-time (Monday-Friday / 8AM-4:30PM)
- Must have experience with Microsoft 365 and expertise with Excel, familiarity with SAP a plus
Salary Range: $21-$29/hr
