FULL DESCRIPTION:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer client and vendor phone calls as needed
  • Data entry & Uploading Documents
  • Filing
  • Scheduling
  • Willingness to flex with daily demands and assist office associates as needed

 

Requirements: 

    • 6+ months in an Administrative Assistant position
    • Team player & Eager to help
    • Comfortable in a fast paced environment
    • Punctual
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr
