Immediate opening for a Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator in Redlands, CA who possesses:
  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Detail oriented and organizational skills are a must
  • Must be comfortable with high volume calling

FULL DESCRIPTION:
 
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls regarding patient requests
  • Relay calls to the proper department
  • Input appointments and patient notes into the system
  • Filing and record maintenance
  • Assist with clerical support duties
  • Translate patient questions and concerns
Requirements: 
 
  • * Strong written, verbal and listening communication skill
  • Must be an effective communicator
  • Basic computer software knowledge (MS Office Suite, Share File, Google Calendar, others as needed)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
 
 
 $18-$20 DOE
