Open shifts: 

• Thursday to Monday, 8:00 pm- 4:30 am (5% shift differential for hours worked between 4 pm and 6 am)
• Monday to Friday, 11:00 pm- 7:30 am (5% shift differential for hours worked between 4 pm and 6 am)
• Thursday to Monday, 8:00 pm- 4:30 am (5% shift differential for hours worked between 4 pm and 6 am) 

Immediate opening for a Clinical Laboratory Scientist I/II in Orange County, CA who possesses:

• Degree in Science with current CA CLS license (Generalist or CGMBS) 
• *preferred* Genetic Molecular Biology experience (Real-Time PCR)
• *preferred* LIMS, LIS system experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Perform manual and automated laboratory procedures for specimen preparation and testing in accordance with established protocols. 
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments as assigned. Accurately transcribe test results into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and ensure comprehensive, real-time documentation of all activities, including specimen tracking, quality control, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions. 
• Manage inspection, labeling, and storage of incoming QC materials. 
• Conduct and document competency assessments as required. 
• Consistently meet performance and quality benchmarks and complete all assigned tasks in MasterControl within designated timelines.
